Geotropic Consults Limited is a sustainable development planning and environmental and social safeguards consultancy firm incorporated in Uganda in 2014. We are specialists in environmental and social safeguards studies, sustainability, agricultural and natural resources management across the entire value chain of development.

As a primary responsibility, we are committed to meeting the needs and expectations of our clients in all the services we render, through the implementation of internationally recognised business practices. We also recognise that there is potential exposure to harm from hazards and risks when not well managed during our activities. In order to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers and other stakeholders, the Management at Geotropic Consults strives to comply with its compliance obligations. We have established an integrated management system based on the international standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 to provide quality products & services, environmental conservation, and safeguarding of property and lives.

Geotropic Consults is committed to the enhancement of the QHSE management system by;

Promoting and encouraging the adoption of environmental controls by suppliers and contractors acting on behalf of the organization.
Development, implementation and maintenance of emergency preparedness plans.
Eliminating hazards and reducing risk to acceptable levels to safeguard lives from ill health, work-related injuries and fatalities.

In addition to this, our management promotes openness and dialogue with both employees and the public, encouraging them to respond with their concerns or improvement ideas within the scope of the organization’s operations and maintains a set of quality, environmental, and health & safety objectives and targets that are monitored through the management review process to ensure effectiveness and their continual improvement.

Note: This policy is communicated at various workstations to ensure that it is understood and followed by all company employees and stakeholders. This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated where necessary.
